Furnishing
The air-conditioned living-area is on the villa's ground floor. Some walls are from natural stone, and the ceiling consists from wooden beams.
There are two comfortable sofas, an air conditioning unit, an open fireplace, a stereo rack, and satellite TV with a large plasma screen.
The open-plan kitchen attaches cornerwise to the living-area.

On the building's top floor there are three bedrooms, each of them with an independent air conditioning unit.
Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the third one has two single beds.
In front of the bedrooms there is a large balcony.
All windows are equipped with gauze sliders or rollers to keep insects out.

One bathroom is on the ground floor, the other one on the top floor. Both have massage shower cabinets.
Hair dryers are available in each bathroom. Furthermore there is a washing-machine, a safe deposit box, and a First Aid kit.
Iron and board are available as well. A baby cot and a high chair will be provided on request.
The air conditioning units can be switched to heating mode in wintertime, and during chilly springtime or autumn nights.

Room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
